Celina talks on high court’s new order for gays
Delhi High Court decriminalised homosexuality by striking down section 377 of the Indian Penal Code in Mumbai on Thursday, 02 July 2009. Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code will continue for non-consensual and non-vaginal sex.
